I built a solar-powered catamaran using glass-fiber laminate for a watertight hull. I faced challenges with the mold and had to destroy it to free the hull. I also added water jet pumps, wooden ribs, and aluminum parts sponsored by PCBWay. Finishing touches included a 3D-printed deck, painting the hulls, and using a frame to connect them. The boat is powered by a 100-watt solar panel.
